These “Pay Yuh JPS Bill & Enjoy Cashback” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the
“Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win prizes. You
should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Paymaster (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with
registered offices at 9 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica. References to “we,” “our” and “us” in these
Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same
meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Paymaster Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which you can access
via the Paymaster website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion
immediately.
What is the ‘Pay Yuh JPS Bill & Enjoy Cashback’ Promotion?
The first 2,000 customers who pay a Jamaica Public Service (JPS) bill of $5,000.00 JMD or more
via the MyCash App will win $500.00 JMD cashback. Customers who qualify will receive a unique
voucher code via an in-app notification within 48hrs of completing their bill payment transaction.
The code must be redeemed within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt, after which it will expire.
This Promotion will run for a duration of four (4) weeks.
What is the Promotional Period?
The Promotion is valid for the period Monday, March 10, 2025, 00:01 through to Monday, March
31, 2025, 23:59 (“the Promotional Period”).
Paymaster reserves the right to change the Promotional Period and will notify customers of such
changes via the MyCash App and website.
What are the mechanics for the Promotion?
The first 2,000 customers who make a JPS bill payment of $5,000.00 JMD or more in a single
transaction via the MyCash App will receive a voucher code equivalent to $500.00 JMD redeemable
only within the MyCash app.
Customers can only win once during the Promotional Period.
There will be a total of two thousand (2,000) winners throughout the Promotion.
Which customers are eligible to participate in this Promotion?
To be eligible for the Promotion, customers must be within the first 2,000 customers to pay a JPS
bill of $5,000.00 JMD or more in a single transaction through MyCash within the Promotional
Period. Customers must:
Be a registered and verified user of the MyCash wallet app;
Pay a bill of $5,000.00 JMD or more to JPS through the MyCash app; and
Be among the first 2,000 users to make an eligible payment during the promotion period.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Employees of Paymaster, or any Paymaster Affiliates; and
b. Minors (persons under the age of eighteen (18))
How many winners will there be?
The Promotion will have a total of two thousand (2,000) winners. Vouchers for cashback will be
provided within forty-eight (48) hours and must be redeemed within seventy-two (72) hours, after
which it will expire.
What are the prizes for this promotion?
Each eligible winner will receive a single $500.00 JMD cashback voucher credited to their
MyCash Wallet.
The cashback voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for
cash.
How are the winners selected?
The winners will be the first 2,000 customers to pay a JPS bill of $5,000 JMD or more in one
transaction via the MyCash App during the Promotional Period.
The entries will be collated in Microsoft Excel, listing each customer’s transaction time and
payment amounts.
Paymaster accepts no responsibility for any failure to have participated in the Promotion by
the Closing Time, including but not limited to, any delayed activations for any reason.
How will winners be notified?
Winners of the Promotion will be provided with a voucher code via the MyCash app to receive the
cashback.
What do the Winners need to redeem their voucher?
The winners will be required to redeem their vouchers within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving them
to earn the cashback benefit.
Minors (Winners under 18 years) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
What if the winner does not redeem their voucher?
The Winner has seventy-two (72) hours to redeem the voucher after receiving it. Failure to do so will
result in the forfeiture of the prize.
This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to
sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.
We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being
abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to:
selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise,
Creating multiple MyCash accounts in an attempt to win multiple times;
Using bots or scripts to automate payments;
Circular Payments (where payments are made and refunded); and
Any other action Paymaster deems as an abuse of the system or deemed as an attempt to
undermine the integrity of our services.
To participate in this Promotion, customers must pay a JPS bill of $5,000.00 JMD or more in one
transaction through MyCash within the Promotional Period.
The winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter the Promotion.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being
offered to you.
We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions
of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of
the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via the MyCash website or the MyCash App.
Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by
Paymaster and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of
Paymaster and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s
prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Paymaster
and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of
administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing
it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have

Except in the event of its negligence, neither Paymaster (Jamaica) Limited, Prism Services Limited nor
any of their Affiliates including the Digicel Group of Companies, their agents, contractors, sponsors or
any of their personnel involved in this Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage
incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either
participation in this Promotion or from claiming any prize.
Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of
the name and image of a Promotion winner along with their winning entry via Paymaster’s website,
social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this. If
winners refuse, they forfeit their prize.
Neither Paymaster, MyCash nor any of their affiliates shall be responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in processing payments.
Customers participate in this promotion at their own risk. By participating in this promotion, the
customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paymaster, its affiliates, employees,
officers, directors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or
expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of the promotion by the Customer; and
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Customer;
All unclaimed vouchers shall be forfeited by the winner.
