How to Close Your MyCash Account

In order to close your account you need to follow these steps:

1. Make sure your account has a zero (0) balance
2. Call Customer Care at 888-935-2274
3. Complete the identification process with the Customer Care Agent
4. Upon successful validation a Closure request will be registered by the Agent, you will be required to send an email to support@mycashdfs.com with the instruction to close the account, it must be accompanied with picture of a valid ID, your TRN and Account number (phone number used to register to the service)
5. After validation of your information the account will be closed within 2 weeks
