These “MyCash Top-Up & get Cashback” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win cash prizes. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Paymaster (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 9 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica. References to “we,” “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the MyCash Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which you can access via the MyCash App.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.


  1. What is the MyCash Top-Up & get Cashback Promotion?

This promotion will run for the promotional period specified in item 2. It will offer MyCash customers, who uses the MyCash mobile wallet to top-up a Digicel phone number with $500 or more, a reward of 25% of the value of their top-up amount. Customers are automatically entered into the promotion upon completing a top-up.


  1. What is the promotional period?

The promotion is valid for the period Monday, March 6, 2023, 00:01 through to Friday, March 31, 2023, 23:59 (“the Promotional Period”). Paymaster reserves the right to change the Promotional Period at any time and will notify customers of such changes on the MyCash App.


  1. Who is eligible to enter the promotion?

All MyCash customers who conduct a qualifying activity (as defined in clause 4) during the Promotional Period.

Minors are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.


  1. What constitutes a qualifying activity for the purposes of this promotion?

Any MyCash customer who does a top-up of $500 including applicable fees to a Digicel phone using their MyCash account.


  1. Can a customer enter more than once?

Customers may gain multiple enteries into the promotion but can only enter once a day.


  1. How are the winners selected?

The first 50 customers to complete a top-up of $500 or more daily will receive 25% of the value of the top-up as a cashback deposited to their MyCash mobile wallet.


  1. How will the winner be awarded?

The first 50 customers who meet the criteria daily will be awarded within 72 hours.


  1. When will the prize draw be conducted?

The selection of winners from the promotion will be conducted at the Paymaster Head Office on 9 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica, everyday at 10:00 am for the duration of the promotion.


  1. How will winners be notified?

When selected, the winners will receive an SMS and app notification indicating the amount of cashback that was deposited in their wallet.


  1. How will the prizes be allocated?

The first 50 winners each day will receive 25% cash back deposited in their MyCash wallet.


  1. Can a customer win more than once?

Customers are eligible to win daily once their top up meets the criteria of JMD 500 or more.


  1. What does the winner need to claim their prize?

Winners need to be a registered MyCash user at the time of the award of the prize and be 18 years and older at the time of entry into the promotion.


Additional Terms and Conditions


  1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.
  2. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
  3. To participate in this promotion customers can have either a smartphone or feature phone – Android (version 6 or higher) or iOS (version 13 or higher) with their MyCash App downloaded on their device or access the service via USSD (*172# for Digicel customers only) for the duration of the Promotional Period.
  4. The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter.
  5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily).
  6. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Paymaster website or the MyCash App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
  7. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Paymaster and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Paymaster and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Paymaster and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a promotion winner along with their winning entry via Paymaster’s website, social media, and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this.
