These “P2P – Cash Back” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion to benefit from getting a Cash Back. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Paymaster (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 9 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica. References to “we,” “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate MyCash Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which you can access via the MyCash App or website.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

 

1. What is the Send, Win, Repeat Promotion?

Any MyCash customer who does 3 MyCash-to-MyCash Cash Transfers (p2p) from their Mobile Wallet to 3 different MyCash customers will get $150 cashback to their wallet by redeeming a Voucher code that will be sent as Push Notification.

 

2. Is there a limit to winning the Cashback?

There is no limit to the number of times that a MyCash user can win the Cashback during the promotional period. However, if a user sends a single MyCash-to-MyCash Cash Transfer twice or more to the same MyCash wallet this will result in disqualification.

 

3. What is the promotional period?

The promotion is valid for the period Friday, November 3, 2023, 00:01 through to Monday, March 29, 2024, 23:59 (“the Promotional Period”). Paymaster reserves the right to change the Promotional Period at any time and will notify customers of such changes on the MyCash App.

 

4. Who is eligible to enter the promotion?

Any MyCash users that conducts three (3) P2P transactions to three (3) other MyCash users within in a month period are eligible to win $150JMD cashback during the promotional period are eligible to benefit from this discount.

Minors are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

 

5. How will the voucher be generated?

The vouchers will be sent to eligible customers via SMS and MyCash Push Notification.

 

6. Is there an expiration date for using the Vouchers?

Vouchers are valid for 30 days.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion. 
2. We reserve the right to disqualify you or this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services. 
3. All voucher codes are sent directly to MyCash wallets and are not transferable. Voucher codes can only be redeemed once a period of 30 days. Each voucher code will be limited to be used in transactions such as bill payments, send cash, or top up.  
4. To participate in this promotion customers can have either a smartphone or feature phone – Android (version 6 or higher) or iOS (version 13 or higher) with their MyCash App downloaded on their device or access the service via USSD (*172# for Digicel customers only) for the duration of the Promotional Period. 
5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you. 
6. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you a notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Paymaster website or the MyCash App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications. 
7. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for this promotion by Paymaster and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Paymaster and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your data by Paymaster and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
